Convert PAL to NTSC=Free Cart

Can you convert Cyplix PAL to Cyplix NTSC?

 

I've gotten a few emails and pms regarding porting the PAL version of Cyplix over to NTSC. Yes there is an NTSC version of Cyplix but it is hacked from a different game and looks and sounds somewhat different. What I am wanting to do is to use the Original Cyplix PAL code and alter it so the game plays on an NTSC TV properly(without rolling, not being black and white, and so on).

I need one person who is able and wants to convert the Cyplix PAL to Cyplix NTSC. PM me. For your help, you'll get a signed Cyplix Conversion PAL-->NTSC cart.
