Supercharger software?

I recently picked up some old Atari magazines in an auction on Ebay. The seller was nice enough to throw in some extra "goodies". This included a Supercharger by Talon Tech. I've never used one of these before. Anyone have any idea where I might acquire some software and docs for it?
