Interesting "fry"

I bought a heavy sixer at Savers this morning and there's something wrong with the right joystick port: it thinks there is a joystick plugged in , and someone is holding down the fire button.

 

Anyway, I plugged in my red label Space Invaders (red label carts BARELY fit in the heavy sixer - weird) and did the old turn-on-the-power-and-hold-reset trick to get double shots.

 

Evidently because of the right fire button glitch, it starts me in side-by-side two player mode, invisible invaders, with the 2nd player's ship INVISIBLE but firing, 1st player is visible when not firing, and moving shields that are WHITE!

 

I snapped a pic with my digital cam. Unfortunately you can't see player 2 firing. I tried it again with normal results. I'll try again later...
