Does the Stella adaptor work well with the Atari 8 bit emulators?

Yes, the Stelladaptor should work with any emulators that support USB game controllers. Which is probably most of them at this point (at least emulators that are actively being developed). I use Stelladaptors with the Atari800MacX in OS X. I have not fired up Atari800Win+ in a long time, but as long as it lets you configure game controllers, the Stelladaptor should work fine with it.

Are there any Atari 800 paddle games? I'd be curious to see if the paddles work.

Great... now there is another reason for me to justify kicking out $50 for a USB adaptor so I can hook a 20 year old joystick to my P4 3.4Ghz HT with PCI-E video card...
