32x Night Trap end scene question

The last three nights I've been playing Night Trap on the 32x enjoying the cheesy acting and Dana Plato cuteness but have three questions you diehards might know:

1. When I completed the game but missed a couple augs, Dana came onscreen and said "You saved my life, and the lives of all my friends, and you captured most of the augs. With more practice, you'll be perfect".

But last night I did capture 95/95 augs and got the SAME message. Is that the only one there is? I was hoping for gushing, or kissing the camera or a striptease or something.

2. Gamefaqs said there is a hidden creator video you activate with a button sequence after seeing "In memory of .... Hassenfield" in the credits. I never saw that message. Is that only on the regular SegaCD or 3D0 versions?

3. David Crane was listed as one of the game creators. THE David Crane or another?
