I couldn't pass it up. I haven't played this game since it was at the pizza place across the street from my house. I'll keep everyone apprised on this seller, but his feedback looks pretty good.

 

It's not rare, or anything....but I'm looking forward to playing it!

I've bought from him before.But I wouldnt use him for just a common game with his shipping prices though!

I did look at that...but I figured for $.99, and I actually want it to play, rather than just an "addition".....under $6 for a game I'm going to use, rather than just look at, was worth it. I did research it here, first. Just to see how good the graphix were. It looks good(very close to the arcade version)...if it lives up to what I'm thinking, I'll be happy.

I've bought a Turmoil cart off this seller before. He did all right if IIRC. His shipping has gone up alot since then, but whose hasn't on ePay? I like Carnival as well [d2f]Iggy*SJB, and if that's a style of game you like I suggest you download Shootin' Gallery by Imagic and give it a try. It's good also.

Just an update.....the cart arrived today, and is exactly as shown and described. I left him positive feedback...it arrived in 4 days(I'm not counting Sunday...ain't much open). The shipping charge was a little higher than actual....but to be honest about it, I still feel like I got a good deal. I'm happy with the game, and although it didn't come with instructions, I'll be printing them out from here.

Four days to get the cart? You guys have it good down there. Most of the stuff I buy comes from the US and it's a minimum of two weeks.

Tell me about it, you and me too fellow Canuck. Even Canada to Canada shipping if its outside the province is a total waiting game also. I find as long as shipping is within your own province it's fine but otherwise, You might want to read War and Peace to pass the time.

Well, it was shipped from New York to Maryland.....not all that far away(realistially speaking). Only about 4-5 hours drive, by car. I'd say the time frame was good, but normal. Most letters put through the USPS get to their destination in 3 days, within state.

I'm sorry to hear about the postal service in Canada.....but at least you have Universal Healthcare. Something the US will probably never have.

The shipping charge is supposed to be a little higher than actual. Some folks consider it to be handling and to pay for materials like popcorn and labels and tape...

 

If you add a little for shipping, it helps to avoid the extra fees involved for listing a reserve price or a higher starting bid and the percentage of the sale. If all my carts sold for ten cents plus the exact amount for shipping and I had to pay twenty five cents for the listing(the absolute cheapest available--NO frills), then a fifty cent fee to Pay-Pal for you to pay by credit card, how much would I be making??? I like to at least make sure I will break even on a small low priced item before I list it for auction.

 

Does anyone with a lot of selling experience have any better ideas? I have a bunch of doubles in my collection (none rare or boxed) and they won't bring much of a price at auction, so many times the seller ends up as the victim/loser.

Yes, group commons together in a lot and skip factoring in multiple listing, finance (PayPal), and shipping charge calculations altogether than if sold separately. Unless you're up to playing rookie bidder bingo in the hopes that one or more alone will skyrocket in eBay valuation.

Well, like I said, it wasn't outrageous, the total cost was a good deal(for something I enjoy playing)....and his service was fast. I have no complaints at all. I also realize that anyone selling something on EBay is looking to make a little money, no problems with that either. I'm happy, he's happy.....everybody's happy.
