War Room by Probe 2000

Hello, I'm going through my game collection of 20+ years, and 1500 game cartridges, and I came across one that is not in the Rarity data base. It this a cart that has been missed? Here is the information off the label:

 

 

WAR ROOM

1 Press any skill key or move joystick to start.

2 Move your white satellite with joystick

3 Use joystick to hover over attacking satellites and press either side button to disintegrate them with laser.

4 See instruction booklet for resupply procedures.

I believe that's for the Odyssey2 or possibly the Colecovision. I cannot tell from that picture. Is the botom of the game at a slight slant? No such game exists for the VCS.
