figgler #1 Posted February 16, 2006 Check it. This is actually pretty cool if you enjoy video game, um games. Neat how it folds out into a rather large game and the dice rolling gimmick is fun. That little cardboard thing is the rules and it seems the play is fairly similar to real Gauntlet, as much as you could expect anyway. Does anyone know if this was part of a series? Thoughts? Thanks! Radio F Software #2 Posted February 16, 2006 That's a pretty neat find there. The name "Klix" rings a bell to me... I'm pretty sure there's other ones out there based on other games, especially since that was made by Tiger.
sku_u #3 Posted February 16, 2006 That's a nice find. I'm sure as already stated this was a series of some kind.

It's not likely that I'd find them or anything but anything else in this series would be cool to look for.

It's not likely that I'd find them or anything but anything else in this series would be cool to look for. 1021284[/snapback] After your thread conjured up memories from my sub-consciousness I swore to myself there was one for Double Dragon and after a quick search it turns out I wasn't dreaming it after all. There was a kid I knew in junior high who had one, only saw him with it one time at lunch, which is partly why I thought I dreamed it up. There are a few more game-tie ins in the KLIX lineup though. I want to say one was a Super Mario Bros. one, but I might be mistaking that with the mini pachinko adventure maze game Nintendo released in the summer of 1990. 8th lutz #7 Posted February 20, 2006 That is great find I never seen one. I Remember around 1990 that there were tips of videogames on cards that were found in in boxes of pudding bars. I think that is what it was called with bill cosby in the tv commercial a stick with pudding frozen. I not a bit surprised that there games like that make since I had a donkey kong arcade puzzle as a kid.
