Activision reproduction labels

Sorry if this has been asked before. I wasn't able to find a quick answer using the search...

 

Has anyone created a set of reproduction lables to replace the worn out labels on Activision carts?

 

If so, some pointers in the right direction would be greatly appreciated.

EDIT: Make that two -- I've just completed Frostbite.

 

There are also some nice custom, fantasy, and a few more repro labels in that thread.

 

I think the common/popular titles like River Raid and Pitfall! need to be done too.
