Not sure if its PAL, the seller thought it might be, but it plays on their system (from Canada). Less than 15 min left.

The seller has been known to sell Pal games before. Sometimes he list that they are Pal and sometimes he doesn't. If you ask he will tell you.

At the bottom of the auction page, it says he thinks it might be PAL, but it works on his system fine. So, he is not sure. Basically, there is a chance it could be NTSC.

And it was a Pal one. I don't know what he's running over in Canada, but I think he knows its Pal, he's just being a bit coy about it.

Yeah, I noticed how suspicious it is that he skates around the issue, when they have been into rare games for quite some time. Playing the ignorant card only arouses suspicion when it comes to an experienced seller.
