hack request: a new versions of Turbo and Destructor with joystick control instead of driving controller only

I don't know how hard this would be. I don't think it would be that hard for a CV programmer. I'm not asking for any changes made to the gameplay or graphics or anything. It would just be cool if there was a version that had joystick control instead. I don't want to get the driving module out of storage and hook it all up to a table and find D-cell batteries for it and set the gas pedal up just right, for a quick game of Turbo or Destructor. The novelty of the driving controller wore off years ago and now it's just a pain in the ass. Some games like Pitstop recognize either controller but I've always preferred the joystick for it's faster response.
