Atari 2600 system with 7200 ga,es

Can the 7200 games be used with the 2600 system? Its been a long time since I've used my system and my friend has some 7200 games but doesn't want to dig them out unless I want them. But I wasn't sure if they would work with a 2600.

However, 2600 games DO work in a 7800... so if your friend still has the 7800 to go with those games, you might want to see if you could get your hands on it.
