Gunstar #1 Posted November 21, 2001 Anyone got a working Coleovision for sale or trade? All I need really is the console and at least one working controller, although I do have that arcade stick with all the finger buttons, so one without a controller would even work. I have about a dozen games, i got a while back for cheap, but no system. My games were in storage and I just got them back, so now I need the console. I got some cool games I'm dying to play, like; Space Panic, Space Fury, Subrock, Rock'n Rope, Smurfs, Preppie II and a few others I can't think of off the top of my head. Actually the only one I got that doesn't interest me is Cabbage Patch kids-Anyone looking for that title?
MrRetroGamer #2 Posted November 21, 2001 You have "Preppie II"? Must be the sequal to Preppie, where Biff and Muffy try to find out where the polo match is before tea time, right?
Tempest #3 Posted November 21, 2001 I believe Preppie II only came out on Tape and Disk for the Atari 400/800. Tempest
Ze_ro #4 Posted November 21, 2001 Well, I wouldn't get your hopes up about Space Panic... it's a terrible game in my opinion. On the other hand, Cabbage Patch Kids is actually a pretty good Pitfall clone, as long as you can get ignore the theme of the game. It's certainly a lot better than Space Panic anyways. As for a ColecoVision, I'm afraid my only one doesn't work properly --Zero

Tempest I'll have to check again, maybe it is just Preppie, but when I was looking through them, I thought it said Preppie II, why else would I say I have it (redundant question-don't answer)? Raccoon Lad #6 Posted November 22, 2001 I'm sure it's "PEPPER II" you have and not "Preppie II" I'd like to see a game called preppie 2, that'd be a riot "Help Bif rescue buffy from the goth-kids and nerds, Use your letterman's jacket to deflect attacks and flash your perfect smile to vanquish your foes" If you're looking for coleco stuff, I've got an extra label-less Carnival cart, and a complete driving module (complete as in-minus the Turbo cart, no box or docs, but with gas pedal and battery cover) I'd be willing to let go cheap, or trade if you're interested. fmctm1sw #7 Posted November 22, 2001 I have one with no (well, two broken) controllers. Do you want to buy or trade? If so, what do you have to trade? P.S. If I don't reply right away, it's because I went out of town for a couple days.....
Ze_ro #8 Posted November 22, 2001 As far as I know, there's no such game as "Pepper", so is the II supposed to refer to the fact that the game's main character switches between an angel and a devil? Or is this game actually a sequel of something? --Zero
Albert #9 Posted November 23, 2001 I have several ColecoVision consoles sitting in a box somewhere in my garage. As I'll soon be in a mode to get rid of my excess classic gaming hardware/software (especially the hardware, since it's *HEAVY* and takes up tons of space!), it won't take much to convince me to part with a working ColecoVision console with power supply. I'd rather trade it for Atari-related items, but I have no problems just selling one straight out. ..Al
Lemmi #10 Posted November 23, 2001 This is just a Friendly reminder Albert when ya get time to look for the Darth Vader 2600, I'll be here just shoot me a E-mail when you get all situated and we'll work something out Oh and all i need is a Saturn and a Colecovision for atleast 2 of each system i own up to the Saturn (except for the Atari 2600 which i have 3 different kinds and i think 4 will be enough) the Saturns are easy to find the coleco's are a bit more difficult

Do you just need a bare console? That'll make things a little easier. ..Al
