Pics of the Holiday carts?

I've read about the X-Mas or "Holiday" carts sold here at AA, but can't seem to find a picture anywhere.

 

Does anyone know where I can find one? I'm just curious as to what they look like.

What exactly was on the '03 cart? Is the BIN available?

I think the '03 cart was just a bitmap (albeit color) of the label artwork. No actual game.

I'm curious as to why neither the 2004 or 2005 Holiday carts aren't listed in the rarity guide. I would have thought that they'd be there under "homebrew".
