Each one is a music and graphics disc for the Sega Saturn, featuring one of the characters from Virtua Fighter. Music is available either as a normal track with vocals or a Karaoke track with (Japanese) lyrics and a pointer for timing. Graphics include a range of pre-rendered scenes that are displayed as the music plays.

 

These are Japanese discs; You'll need a Japanese deck, or a non-Japanese deck with some kind of region bypass option -- I use the Action Replay cart. You may also need a TV that supports NTSC.
