Atari Master #1 Posted February 13, 2002 I finally got one.But the screen and power blinks.I know this pretty mutch means it's needs a cleaning or a new pin connector. But I cant reach the connector. The NES is pretty beat up but nothing looks wrong in it. StanJr #2 Posted February 13, 2002 Sounds like the same thing that is wrong with mine. The game's contacts are not hitting the hardware right. If you wedge a game on top of the other (this is a front loader right?), you can still play yer games, until you get it fixed. Nintendo Entertainment Stan (NES)

Nintendo Entertainment Stan (NES) Heh i use a empty cassette holder on my old NES system to hold the game down so the blinking will stop
ubersaurus #4 Posted February 13, 2002 to get to the connector you gotta unscrew the casing, pull off the RF shielding, and if i recall, the one cart holder thingie. I know classicgaming has an article on repairing a connector that explains that part.
