Cleanng Out The NES.

I finally got one.But the screen and power blinks.I know this pretty mutch means it's needs a cleaning or a new pin connector.But I cant reach the connector.The NES is pretty beat up but nothing looks wrong in it.

Sounds like the same thing that is wrong with mine. The game's contacts are not hitting the hardware right. If you wedge a game on top of the other (this is a front loader right?), you can still play yer games, until you get it fixed.

Heh i use a empty cassette holder on my old NES system to hold the game down so the blinking will stop

to get to the connector you gotta unscrew the casing, pull off the RF shielding, and if i recall, the one cart holder thingie. I know classicgaming has an article on repairing a connector that explains that part.
