rider20 #1 Posted March 4, 2002 Hi, I have a question that I was hoping maybe someone could answer for me. I have an atari 7800 system. I am wondering if Intellivisions Deadly Discs of Tron will work on it. Please email me or leave post here. Thanks, Brian
King Asmo #2 Posted March 4, 2002 Intellivision is a seperate game system than the Atari 2600/7800 series, and it's games will not work on Atari systems. However Mattel did publish Tron: Deadly Discs under the M-Network label for the Atari 2600. This will work on both the 2600 and the 7800. KA
StanJr #3 Posted March 5, 2002 Yep and its a decent game. A little slow at first, but really tough on higher levels.
Markimus of K. #4 Posted March 5, 2002 Tron Deadly Discs is truly an underexposed game. It is truly a Classic, the character movement is somewhat sluggish (heck it's Intellivision). However I think that adds to the game play as you have to think a little more before you decide what direction to move in. You have to 'Anticipate' somewhat. Still a great game. as always, Markimus of K.
rider20 #5 Posted March 5, 2002 Hey Guys, Thanks for the infomation. I would like to buy it if anyone knows where I can find it. I checked your page King_Asmo but didn't see it. King Asmo #6 Posted March 5, 2002 I've got a copy of it on my page.. it's $4.00. It's the latter-issue INTV release.. it's exactly the same as the M-Network one, except the label is white instead of black. Cheers, KA
liveinabin #7 Posted March 5, 2002 The INTV version is much better if you use both controllers.
