If you got the offer to go back in time,one time only, and could take as much money as you want with you, Which country and time would you go back to to collect rare 2600 games? You would only have 2 days before bieng returned to your own time!

I'd go back to Belgium so Inot only had access to rare games, but also had access to good beer while I was there.

I would stick to the states, true the beer is not quite as good but it does the trick and all I would want anyways is about ten or twenty sealed Air Raids, that should be enough to fund the rest of my collection. I wouldnt want to get to greedy.

Arguably it would have to be Belgium to get all the Home Vision titles, especially Go Go Home Monster with the States a close second although Brazil and Argentina would also be a good place to go and buy up all the weird titles that they released

I'm sure a little research would reveal something to acquire that would bring a far better return on investment than any Atari 2600 game. One small difficulty: first you'd have to get some vintage money (or other appropriate negotiable items) to bring back with you. Perhaps something that was around at the time you want to travel to, that is now worth far less than it was then - why not make a profit on both legs of the trip, not just the return to the present?

I'd get to 1982 and somehow ditch the return feature of the trip.

 

I'd gladly get stuck then/there and live it all over again. As far as purchases, I would just order a ton of Commavid titles and have them shipped to me via a 20 year delay. Of course my post office offers that service anyway:)
