Any idea on how much this would cost me?

I have a C=64, but no hookups, just a bunch of boxed carts. So, I'll need to get all the attachments, as well as a disk drive (so I can play Double Dragon I/II/III). Any idea on how much this would cost me?

Probably not a great deal. A composite cable and a Commodore monitor, or an RF modulator, that's a few bucks. A power cord, another few bucks. A cable and (if you don't already have one) a 1541 or 1581 floppy drive. And a joystick, of course. That's about it. The most you'll spend here is if you get a Commodore monitor...
