I remember that as well, I think atari sales currently sells copies of this prototype also.

Well, I got it about four years ago and the cart says "Lynx Alien vs Predator protype copy" on a little white sticker, and "B&C" in blue magic marker on the board. (B&C Computer Visions) I'm not really "in the know" about authenticity and what have you, but I know I have been told that its a 'nice' item to have...

"good luck getting a Nomad for trade" .....that sounded rather smarmy.... .....no no man...dont misunderstand....I'm not expecting to get a Nomad for JUST the AVP prototype....lol....no. I have several offers on the table, I'm going for (obviously) the BEST one. I'm also looking for GameGear games, Master System games, and a nice Lynx system. If the protype copy is worth $40.....great!...if its worth $20...great! I'm not a stickler and I never claimed to know "what was what" when it comes to video game values.
