NES pirate - Terminator S-500

I’ve found in a thrift store a NES pirate console , model S-500 Ending Game Terminator with the two controllers, the light gun, powersupply, RF switch and five carts.

 

Beside the facts that everything is so light (even the power supply is lighter than any ones else I own ), I have a problem with it

 

My problem is that I can’t find the channel and I don’t see anything on screen. Moreover, when I put it on the LED lights on but when a cartridge is inserted then the LED goes off.

I’ve opened it and just measured the voltage regulator inside : it pumps out only 2.5 volts. I know that in Atari 2600, it comes 5V out of the 7805 voltage regulator, but on the voltage reg. of the S-500 it is not written anything, so I dunno if 2.5V is correct or if the unit has a problem.

 

So what will really help me is knowing on which channel a usual S-500 should be tuned ??

Or better if anybody know what should comes out the voltage regulator ??
