My KINGDOM for a Nomad......

Recommended Posts

Anyone..?...Anyone..?

I'm prepared to lay just about ANYTHING on the table here for a Nomad system. Even if the screen is scratchy and its not in exactly 100% shape, thats OK. I have SOME $$$ to play with, but cannot give the inflated E-Bay prices for one. I'd love to either swap OUTRIGHT, or do a cash/trade arrangement. Here's most of what I have on the table:

-20++ Lynx games

-Close to 150 2600 carts...uncommons and etc.

-20++ 7800 games

-Sega Genesis deck

-Sega DreamCast set-up with some nice games

-mass tangle of controllers/ac adapters/etc.etc.

-20++ INTV games

-few GameGear games

-15+ GameBoy Advance games

-15+ GameBoy Color games

-GameBoy Advance (needs replacement screen, but works like a dream)

-GameBoy Advance SP (wont hold a charge for some reason...)

-Sony Playstation deck (maybe I have the hook-ups...not sure..)

-Various gadgets...VMUs, memory cards, jump paks, game genie, etc etc

Well there ya have it. Load up on some good stuff and help make a wish come true at the same time. :lust: :P :D (Let me be clear, (obviously) not EVERYTHING above is for a used Nomad...however, WHAT I'll give for one will be OVERLY generous :))

Regards

150 Atari 2600 commons you say, if they are in mint or near mint condition and on my list you could score my PSP and a PSP should get you a Nomad in trade for sure. Check my thread currently in marketplace.

Send a PM if you dare...

I may be able to help you for a small fee.

Just what would you give up? :evil:

lol A..... ;)

Actually, I dont have a full 150 anymore...been tradin here and there....and what IS left is NOT mint...many of the labels are faded/worn/scrappy/etc.....but they are loads of FUN to PLAY still!! ;) :P I had asked the mods to STOP this thread as I have a Nomad on the way...(possibly TWO..)...yet the thread remains. lol It's just as well, cause HEY, can a man really HAVE too many NOMADS?!? :ponder: Much of the stuff I have been offerin' is still on the table....a pile of Lynx games, 2600 carts, INTV games, DreamCast, etc..etc...

:)

Lastblade.....sorry to have neglected your post there man....a fellow NYer, eh? :cool: ;) Actually man, I have pretty much DECIMATED my stock of badass GBA games....(hence WHY I'm getting TWO Nomads...LOL) I have a FEW gems though.....like WarioLand 4 and a few others. I also still have a nice pile of GB/GBColor games. They are all in minty shape...but no books or boxes.

:)

If things fall through on those 2 nomads, I'd be interested in seeing the Dreamcast collection..

I have a very nice Nomad, nice screen, and sound.. comes with the rechargeable battery pack(which still holds a charge for about 2 hours), the regular battery pack, a/c pack, and wires to hook it up to your TV should you desire.. It's really a fun system, but with the PSP and SP I have, there's no need to play it so it sits in my closet untouched..

Are Nomads really this hard to come by? I sold mine on Ebay about two months ago, it was nice with the battery pack and I only got one bid for $50.00. I would have gladly traded for a lot of you stuff.

He's gonna have to sell of the rest of that stuff just to buy enough batteries to play the Nomad.

We offered, never got a definite reply so our extra one is still up for grabs... :)

My hubbs and I each bought the other a Nomad when we were dating and we have the 3rd one as a spare. Who needs to exchange rings,lol. ;)

I still say commitment is a multi system video game collection and not a ring, cause sanity is questionable when you have as much stuff as we do. :P ;)

I thought exchaging golden CD's was odd.

What was it... Heart for Nevermind?

But now, now I've seen it all.

lol Shadow...batteries...ughhhh...I'm hoping maybe to get a rechargeable battery pack or something. How about that battery in the GB SP, would something similar to that work for the Nomad?

Chickybaby....I have been working double shifts here....sorry about the lack of a reply. I have a Nomad on the way...I traded some Lynx games for it a couple days ago. :P Thanks a lot though...how about those Genesis doubles? ;) :D I'm getting a pile of games from Figgler, but there are many many more I'm wanting....

:)
