Anyone here remember older pc game BLOOD,and its sequel,BLOOD 2,THE CHOSEN?Its my alltime favorite game,its add-ons are all pretty good too!

Blood 1 was great.

 

Blood 2 sucked so very, very, very much.

Actually, I didn't really mind Blood 2 all that much -- except that it was horribly, horribly buggy and not nearly as amusing. The original Blood was great, though. Love the one-liners.

I actually enjoyed playing Blood 2 and the associated expansion pack. The final fights are insane hard though even on normal. I finished one of them when the game glitched and the boss creature landed above me. I used up all my ammo so I just knifed him to death. <shrug> I kind of like the Lith-tech based games though -- figures tended to be blocky and it was a serious memory hog, but everything wasn't that nasty Quake 'brown' color. Everything is brown it seems. Sure there's green -- but there's brown mixed in... weird.

 

What was fun for us was to get the Caleb voice pack for Unreal Tournament and turn on the auto-taunt.

 

Holding a slight grudge against another player? Not a problem... the match starts and...

"They're gonna need a bucket an mop when I'm done with you."

 

The other chosen characters didn't have much in the way of snappy dialogue. Perhaps a bit more character development should have been in order.

 

Now excuse me, I'm off to go play in Egypt with Serious Sam...

Yes,BLOOD 1 is THE best,by far!,"THE NIGHTMARE LEVELS",add-on for "THE CHOSEN" was sooooooooooooooooo,short!!!!!!!!,good thing I bought it used,retail price would have been a total rip off
