Sounds like a PAL game to me. The seller added the following to the description:

 

On May-06-06 at 08:42:40 PDT, seller added the following information:

 

I hooked up the 2600 and put the Air Raid cartridge in. Because I do not have a joystick I could not test it to see if it works. Using the game select switch I can scroll through 8 games. The picture seems to jump a little. May need cleaning but I am not sure.
