Wild Boys NES?

I have an old GamePlayers mag, and there's an ad in it describing some games by Bandai. One of them is a game called Wild Boys. However, I don't see the game at EdgeEmu, was it ever released? I saw Street Cop, but that wouldn't download. Anyone have some ROMS of these games, or at least links to working ROMS?

 

PS-Anyone else notice none of EdgeEmus ROMS have been downloading recently? I always get "This page can't be displyed".
