sku_u #2 Posted May 18, 2006 Your best bet is to monitor the Mr. Pinball archives: http://www.xmission.com/~daina/classified/index.html Are you drivable to Amish country? I know of a guy there who was selling a rough but salvagable machine for $100.

Possibly, This will be my 1st pinball, so is it salvagable from a newbie standpoint, or more for someone who knows whats going on? is it currently at least playable and just needs alot of reconditioning? First, are you looking for solid state or EM? This machine is an early solid state machine. It's actually listed in the Mr. Pinball archives (or was at some point). What I mean by salvageable is that someone wanting to learn how to repair pinballs and is good with electronics will be able to get it running at an additional cost of around $300 in parts from these guys: http://www.pbresource.com/ If you were to call them up, they are very helpful and will not try to sell you things you don't need. They are the best source for pinball parts out there. The cosmetic repairs needed to repair the playfield and backglass are also a painstaking but doable process.
