How do you cancel a 'zero feedback' bid?

I currently have an Auction up on eBay, and I have specifically stated that I didn't want zero or negative feedback bidders.

 

Well, of course someone with zero feedback has bid, and now I am trying to figure out how to cancel that bid. If anyone could tell me how to do it, I would appreciate it.
