orrimarrko #1 Posted May 29, 2006 Looking for the Star Wars Ewok Adventure cart with label (NTSC) that was sold at one of the conventions (can't remember which one, off-hand)... If anyone has one they'd be willing to sell, please let me know. Thanks, Steve

orrimarrko #3 Posted June 1, 2006 http://cgi.ebay.com/Atari-2600-Star-Wars-E...1QQcmdZViewItem That's not the one I was thinking of... I'm pretty sure there was one in a Parker Brothers case with a silver (custom) label. I wish I could remember what convention it was sold at!
z28in82 #4 Posted June 1, 2006 (edited) Sean, thanks for the auction to watch. I'm sure it will go for good $$ but worth a watch Edited June 1, 2006 by z28in82
bjk7382 #5 Posted June 1, 2006 Yeah, that was Randy's custom label design. Probably trying to keep the star wars name off of it. And there was a movie released with the Caravan of Courage name with ewoks in it. This is the actual NTSC proto rom that was converted to standard bankswitching. And this is the only one that hozer made, just for me. Now it can be yours. Since I play mine on my CC2. Thanks for posting my auction

The game wasn't converted until his "supposed" disappearance.
bjk7382 #7 Posted June 1, 2006 The game wasn't converted until his "supposed" disappearance. This is true, but this was a personal favor he did for me, and he didn't sell any. And I don't beleve he is selling carts anymore since I can't get ahold of him. The last time I talked to him, I had him burn some eproms for me for my Mr. Do arcade high score save and haven't talked to him since (this was about a year ago)
orrimarrko #8 Posted June 2, 2006 Not that the information here isn't appreciated... (However, back to my original question.) Thanks, Steve

I'm pretty sure there was one in a Parker Brothers case with a silver (custom) label. Yes, there was a small run of carts made with a spiffy Parker Brothers label (I printed the labels on special die-cut Parker Brothers label sheets). You can read more about it here: http://www.atariage.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=79671 ..Al

orrimarrko #12 Posted June 3, 2006 Ahh, you tease... Let me guess - you were showing me this because you'd kindly like to sell it to me.

orrimarrko #14 Posted June 3, 2006 Let me guess - you were showing me this because you'd kindly like to sell it to me. Uhm, did you read the sticker text? I did. Thing is, however, once it's privately owned, it can be resold. It just can't be reproduced for resale.
Thomas Jentzsch #15 Posted June 3, 2006 I did. Thing is, however, once it's privately owned, it can be resold. It just can't be reproduced for resale. Legally you may be right. But there are other laws too.

But there are other laws too. The "law of the sticker"! Honestly, I just really want one badly. Unfortunately, I don't have enough interesting 2600 stuff to trade for one, otherwise I would. So, I only have the cash to offer as a "trade". I will trade you this green paper for your Ewok cart and manual...

bjk7382 #21 Posted June 3, 2006 No problem. It doesn't appear that anyone has one available anyway. My guess would be that FND has his for sale, otherwise why did he post it here? Unless it was a "look what I got" kind of thing, which has no place in a wanted forum
FND #22 Posted June 4, 2006 Actually I posted in response to the question about which cart (label type) he was looking for and since it was not clear I thought I would help out by posting a picture No problem.
