ATARIPITBULL

Collection room dedicated to Atariage.

Recommended Posts

I finnaly finnished my Atari 2600 collection room and after putting up the ceiling and covering the wall in white panneling, I decided to paint the support beam and the trim in Atariage blue & orange, here is a picture of a corner to show you the 2 colors and a few other pics.

PS I am going to install a hanging TV holder and a 20 inch flat screen just over my display counter, but that is going to have to wait for now.

 :D :D

Nice setup, Ataripitbull! The AA colors are a nice touch. You've got a lot of boxed stuff there!

That room looks to be the size of a basement. That collection needs a real showcase location, but i'm guessing that you're married, so it'll end up staying in the basement. :)

Like lemmi said, its only about 20 percent of my basement and with 2 kids under the age of 5, you don't want the little monkey's to be able to touch your stuff, the other 80 precent is my home theater setup with a bathroom, just for us guys to kick it.

I like your Yars' Revenge sleeping bag. :D

Sometimes the non-gaming stuff is more interesting to me than the actual games/hardware.

I feel the same way, thats why I also have the costumes, all the atari force comics, atariage magazines, all the records and so forth. For me its not just the games, its the whole history of ATARI that I love, hell I have watched once upon Atari DVD 5 times already.

:D
