Mayhem #1 Posted June 2, 2006 Might as well throw it out, see if anyone has one they want to part with

Mayhem #3 Posted June 2, 2006 Heh, nothing so serious thankfully. I would like one to go with the cart/manual I have sitting spare at the moment...
CPUWIZ #4 Posted June 2, 2006 Heh, nothing so serious thankfully. I would like one to go with the cart/manual I have sitting spare at the moment... Just one?
Mayhem #5 Posted June 3, 2006 (edited) Heh, not as if I'm collecting Quadruns for fun... yet Okay how about if I offer $75 for the box...? Edited June 3, 2006 by MayhemUK
EricDeLee #6 Posted June 5, 2006 Just from what I've seen... I think that's too low of an offer
Mayhem #7 Posted June 5, 2006 Well gotta start somewhere of course... could up this to $100.
Zwackery #8 Posted June 5, 2006 I'm thinking that an entry level price for just the Quadrun box would begin somewhere around $400.
DreamTR #9 Posted June 5, 2006 Yeah, I just bought a box and manual for $675...that is more of a fair price. Look at it this way, loose cart, $250, complete version, $1000. Mayhem: I'd buy the Springer box from you for $100 =P
EricDeLee #10 Posted June 5, 2006 Well gotta start somewhere of course... could up this to $100. In no way was I trying to be a jerk... I just know I've sold other boxes and manuals for more cash. And they were of games with lesser rarity levels.
EricDeLee #11 Posted June 5, 2006 I can make you one!
Mayhem #12 Posted June 6, 2006 Well I wouldn't have thought the value of a loose Quadrun would have dropped to $250 now surely? Isn't it still a $400 odd game? Or have things changed without me looking? If you're interested in the cart itself DreamTR, then I may sell that. I'm sure there was someone here interested in the manual, so maybe I'll split and sell. Have to go search threads here...
Zwackery #13 Posted June 6, 2006 The bidding for one last night on ebay petered out around $185 or so, but it did not hit the reserve.
Mayhem #14 Posted June 6, 2006 Well is that just in general, or because we're reaching summer? Now is a funny time to sell, it's a buyers' market. If it did that in the autumn/winter, I'd be more worried about the price value drop.
DreamTR #15 Posted June 7, 2006 Quadrun has been low for awhile... Mayhem, about Springer, I HAVE to have the box...there is no other way I would purchase it...
YOK-dfa #16 Posted June 7, 2006 Well is that just in general, or because we're reaching summer? Prices of (most) atari carts have been going down the last 2-3 years in my opinion. I guess it's a very long summer ... (global warming of the earth seems to have more consequences than everyone thinks )
