Stella and other emulators problem.

Hello all,

 

I have a problem using stella and other emulators.

 

Usually when I play on these emulators, either after or during a game, the screen goes blank (sometimes green with weird lines or a doslike screen with a line flashing in the top left corner) and then the computer freezes thenafter.

 

Would anybody know why this is and how it can be fixed.

 

I really appreciate any info.

You should give us a few more details (operating system, emulator version etc.).

Hello again.

 

This happens with any kind of emulator to be honest w/you (including any version of Stella, MAME & FCEU).

 

My operating system is a COMPAQ Deskpro, Pentium 2.

 

Any info is greatly appreciated.

that's a computer model and CPU. Your operating system would be Windows (98, ME, NT, XP), Linux (Red Hat, kubuntu, SUSE, etc) and so on.
