There were a couple for Genesis, I think I remember owning Bass Masters. It held my attention for a couple of minutes.

 

Now, iff'n you want to go fishing while playing the part of another fish, buy GO Fish! at the AA Store.

The Dreamcast had two or three fishing games come out for it, didn't it?

Don't forget the Black Bass for the NES. My buddy used to play that for hours. Pretty good game IMO
