StanJr #6 Posted May 29, 2002 Close room34, very close, but you are talking to the Adam Sandler ultra fan here buddy. Goes like this: Kid: "Mortal Kombat on Sega Genesis is the best video game ever." Billy: "I disagree, while Mortal Kombat is a very good game, I think Donkey Kong is the best video game ever." Kid: Donkey Kong sucks. Billy: Yeah, well you know what, YOU SUCK!" All in good fun, room34!

Big Player #9 Posted May 29, 2002 Ah, it harkens back to a time when young gangs of Atari fans used to beat Intellivision owners senseless. Common taunts: "Your system's controllers suck." "Want to play an arcade game? Lock N' Chase doesn't count!" Oh, I was such a juvenile delinquent then.
thesimpsons69 #10 Posted May 30, 2002 StanJr you got me all wrong I am just giving him what he deserves
King Atari #11 Posted May 30, 2002 quoteAh, it harkens back to a time when young gangs of Atari fans used to beat Intellivision owners senseless. Ah yes, when 2600 owners used to roam the streets and beat the crap out of anyone who disagreed with them. Those were the days (Theme from "All in the Family" instantly begins playing in King Atari's head). Ah yesssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssss....
Bez #12 Posted May 30, 2002 err....my neibour is wearing the most annying shoes. I think I´m gonna ring his doorbell tomorrow morning at 06.00 AM and punch his ****ing lights out! Seriously Simp69, you can´t punch somebody for stating an opinion, even though you might feel it´s a wrong one. Bez the Master of political correctness has spoken
Chris++ #13 Posted May 30, 2002 At least be clever about it, and nail him on the head with a golden chalice. CF

Bez #18 Posted May 31, 2002 If I would be punching everyone who disagrees with me I can tell you I would have nothing else to do during the day.
AtariDude #19 Posted June 1, 2002 Violence is always the last solution to a problem. Instead of punching him, you should have pointed out why his comment was wrong. You should have listed all the great games and tell him to try them out first before he said anything. If he refused, then you could have told him that he knows that you were right and refuses to admit that he is wrong.
thesimpsons69 #20 Posted June 2, 2002 naming all the games takes thinking and im to lazy for that
Philflound #21 Posted June 2, 2002 Why not bring a broken Atari joystick in and swing it from the wire and whack him in the head. Those things pack a whollop. Seriously, just tell him that there are more games for Atari than ANY other game system ever invented. Of course we're counting those foreign remakes, but hell, they might have different names or labels. hehe Phil
Nukey Shay #22 Posted June 2, 2002 Uh, I thing that Snes would be waaay above that...if you count all those goofy hentai slideshows.
Noble Kale #23 Posted June 2, 2002 quotegoofy hentai slideshows. ooh! where?! Quite frankly, I'm appalled at the fact that you hit first and asked questions later.

King Atari #25 Posted June 2, 2002 quotebecause we are not the ones to decide what is right and what is wrong.. each persons mind decides.. and you cant take away free thoughts of a person without also taking thier soul and spirit I was just kidding with the 'why not?', if I was in that situation, I'd only hit if he hit me first. Of course, I'd probably call him a couple nasty names, but that's besides the point.
