Sometimes I really hate . ebay sellers .

 

Here the thing .I won and paid for an auction .over two weeks ago . It showed up yesterday though UPS and it was COD . I refuse it .and told UPS to ship it back to the sender .

 

I 'll then got Mindfield to write the seller an email .and he ask what the hell I piad for USPS air not UPS . . He also ask why he shipped it COD . and told him it was refuse and sent back to him and we wanted a FULL refund

 

so now we are waiting for reply .

 

 

How can a seller be so Dumb

Does UPS show it was COD in the tracking? It seems like a way to scam a buyer by getting tracking information. Does it show the refusal too? There seems to a lot of idiots on ebay.

We were never given a tracking number. And anyway, even if I got one I would have refused it. I paid for USPS air, not UPS. UPS always charges their BS brokerage fee if there is any duty owing -- that alone adds $18 to the transaction, never mind the duty and processing fees. I don't put up with that crap, and is why I don't deal with international sellers who only deal with UPS.

 

In any event I complained to the seller and he finally relented and refunded the money, thankfully. He never did explain why he shipped it the way he did.

Glad you got your money back. In my experience, shipping via UPS or FedEx is damned expensive when going overseas, but I've never looked into it for shipment to Canada. The brokerage fee looks like a problem, though. The seller probably made an honest mistake as far as UPS and COD are concerned--probably was intended for another package. That doesn't excuse him, just a possible explanation.
