Ben Heck's ColecoVision A/V mod is awesome!

I A/V modded my ColecoVision, per Ben Heckendorn's instructions, and WOW!!! The video is simply amazing on all of my TVs and the audio is perfectly clear. And its so much easier to do then any of the 2600 mods, with all those resistors and what not. I didn't have a 2N4401 transistor, so I substituted a C9013, but what the hey it worked.

 

Also cleaned the power switch, as best I could, with alcohol and it doesn't seem at all glitchy now. If your still playing CV with RF output, please do yourself a favor and do the mod or get someon to do it. You'll certainly thank yourself for it.
