Food Fight Hack idea!

Instead of "Eat the cone player one!" It should say "ALLEZ CUISINE! CHALLENGER!"

 

Then try to (in the limited space) change the graphics of the chefs to be Mario Batali, Chen Kinichi, Masaru Morimoto, and Bobby Flay.

 

Instead of an Ice Cream cone, it's the 'Mystery Ingredient' (Make it a random item in each stage.. Fois Gras, Albacore, Lamb, et. al.)

Today I learned that Iron Chef is apparently an eating contest.

But that's not the point of the Food Fight hack! You see, when Inky steals my ideas, I wish he'd get 'em RIGHT!

 

Now, here's the thing...the game takes place after an Iron Chef cookoff, and Chuck is the chef who actually WON instead of an Iron Chef. (Give Chuck a mustache and he suddenly becomes that really good chef from San Francisco who came on and won!)

 

They're all out to get him out of revenge.

 

I kinda got the idea when I realized:

 

1) the game involves food, and

2) the chefs emerge from the little slots kinda like how the Iron Chefs emerge on those little platforms. For Iron Chef Italian (forgot that guy's name, but he wears the uniform with a lot of green), he'd even have a little orchestra come up with him out of the slot.

 

One other thing I thought of that Inky didn't add on to his post -- if Chuck loses a life by falling down the slot, it turns out to be one of the pits from the 2600 E.T. game!

Wouldn't it be easier to do a hack of Pressure Cooker so it was Iron Chef? I know Pressure cooker isn't a 7800 game, but it fits the theme pretty well.
