Wanted: Atari 2600 or 2600A Box

Does anyone happen to have an old Atari box sitting around with the cardboard insert still intact? I'm looking for the black box version, and it doesn't matter how beat up the box is as it will get discarded. I'm only after the cardboard insert inside. I've put this up before, but wanted to revive the request. There was one on eBay just recently but the bidding went to $21 which I thought was crazy.

 

Any help or direction on how to find a cardboard insert would be GREATLY appreciated.
