Selling my collection

Unfortunately, I can now longer collect ATARI games

and hardware and I have to sell all my stuff.

 

I usually don't advertise it here, but this time I can

offer some really good and rare stuff :

 

- A Black Box by CSS + instructions

- Both Alternate Reality games

- Ultima 3 and 4

- M.U.L.E.

- some very old EPYX games like "Danger in Drindisti" on tape, still new

- an original copy of Plastron

- some Infocom games

English, it's the American Datasoft version.

 

AFAIK there's also an European version, but

in a different box.

Unfortunately I had to cancel all my ATARI game auctions,

since some anonymous person threatened to sue me

because of "tax evasion" :

Since I don't have much money I cannot risk being sued, since

I cannot afford a lawyer.

 

I suppose this person is someone who does also sell ATARI stuff

on ebay, but it was sent via a fake Yahoo account, because

this person is a coward and does not want to be identified.

 

Full headers and IP address are available, if anyone can help

me to identify that person.

 

I WON'T sell the games on ebay.de anymore. If you are interested

in certain games, contact me outside of ebay.

 

I recommend to anyone not to sell collections on ebay.de, because

this is what happens all the while on ebay.de.

No, there are other people who do also sell collections and 100 ancient games are not

that many. It's just this unknown person wants to destroy other my auctions, so that

he can sell his own, overpriced stuff. But he's a coward and does not reveal himself.

 

I don't have the money to fight back and I cannot prove that I bought all of the games

for my own collection, so I had to give up.

 

I will either sell the games without ebay or sell them on ebay.com, but will not offer

them on ebay.de again.

claim to be not a business. Nothing happens to them, because those cowards do

only attack those who cannot fight back.

I think some dickhead is trying to piss you off, just ignore him.

All German taxes on items where paid when purchased new anyway.

Or get yourself a UK ebay account, far more easy and simple to sell/buy. No hassles like you get in this stupid country (Germany, that is).

 

PS: I have Plastron (Euro 1.00) if you're still selling...
