Where can I import Taito Legends 2 for the PC?

I want to get the PC version of Taito Legends 2 because I loved the first one and because the PS2 and Xbox versions won't work on my USA Systems. I live in Long Island NY, USA if you want to know. Any place where I can buy the game or import it?
