Atari Master #1 Posted August 15, 2006 I don't really know how much was left back. I know some stuff was, but my main consoles were spared (accept for my poor 2600, and N64). I just thought it would be nice to show you guys what was left. http://img86.imageshack.us/img86/9176/roomru6.jpg http://img226.imageshack.us/img226/1788/room2mb9.jpg I really wish I had a TV right now... Ross PK #2 Posted August 15, 2006 What happened, did you get robbed?
Ghost Soldier #3 Posted August 15, 2006 If you got robbed that really blows. I'm in the process of writing down everything for my insurance company just in case of fire or theft. Most people don't know what they have until they write it down and take pictures. Make a copy of the list and pictures. One for your insurance company and the other to put in a lock box and your bank. Never be to safe
Atari Master #4 Posted August 15, 2006 Nah, Katrina happened. I think I saved most of my stuff... though I wish I knew were my boxed Earthbound was...
n8littlefield #5 Posted August 15, 2006 I know this is probably a small compliment in the face of losing stuff - but I really like your desk layout - is that all one desk or is it two matching desks arranged in an L shape?
Ghost Soldier #6 Posted August 15, 2006 I was deployed for disaster relief shortly after katrina hit. I was in Prentiss, miss most of the time. Then went to gulf port for awhile
SteveW #7 Posted August 15, 2006 Hey Atari Master, where ya' located at? There's not a lot of Atari Agers located on the Gulf Coast, it seems. I only know of JimmydelaKopin and one or two others, around the Metairie/New Orleans area.
shadow460 #8 Posted August 16, 2006 I feel for ya. Part of my collection was stolen a few years back, and I lost most of what was left. You'll bounce back. I did. Now I've got games that weren't in the old collection, and I get to have fun with those, too!
Atari Master #9 Posted August 16, 2006 Thanks guys. Firstly, for n8littlefield's question. It's no problem, I'm just here to show whats left. The desk is all one desk. They were selling them at Sams Club for (I think) $175 to $200. It's a really nice desk. SteveW, I lived in St. Bernard Louisiana. It was right under New Orleans. yuppicide #10 Posted August 16, 2006 Man that sucks. Sorry to hear about your loss. Although I thought I saw an Intellivision cartridge floating in the water on the Jersey shore I can't swim, so I couldn't get it.

Although I thought I saw an Intellivision cartridge floating in the water on the Jersey shore I can't swim, so I couldn't get it. Considering I think that would be salt water, it wouldn't help much.
