2600lover #1 Posted August 17, 2006 It just came to me. I was sitting here looking at my Spider Fighter cart. I thought maybe I could start a fan club. Someone would have to help me with newsletters, if we wanted to put one out. I really dont have any details yet. What could be done, if there was a perk to joining, just dont know yet. Let me know if you have any ideas or if you want to help me out. I know this is kind of odd, but I thought it would be a great idea, if we could get things ironed out. There is an Atari 2600 newsletter. Maybe you could write an article for them. Doing a whole other newsletter would be a lot of work. Allan

Dan Iacovelli #19 Posted August 18, 2006 glad somebody brought this up, 1.VA basicly has a Atari club it's a division of AVC(AVCVA) the only thing is that it's been a dead yahoo group since I moved it from listbot to yahoo groups and I've considered dropping it. if anybody wants to take it over contact me or randy femrite(randy is supposed to be running it) 2. while on the subject, since VGS won't be happening next year I can get back to work on restarting the local meetings here in IL for next year so hopefully sometime in the fall I will annnounce something.
