Does the 800xl use the same power supply as the 800 and 130xe?

Recommended Posts

The 800XL uses the same power supply as the 130XE, but the 800 does not; it uses the same power supply as the 1050 disk drive, 1020 printer, 1010 cassette recorder, and a few other peripherals.

I don't happen to know the part number off the top of my head, but you might want to check B&C ComputerVisions; they have them in stock and probably list the model number on their website.

Here are pics of some of the different models of PS for the XL/XE series. (courtesty of B&C)

C70042-011 'The Mini' (Bottom Center) 1A shipped with most XEGS systems, use the 'Logo' for continuous 1A operations

I suspect that some markets other than N America didn't use Atari PSUs.

I can remember the 400 having an Atari branded one, but my XL has one from the local distributor.
