wrldstrman #1 Posted September 6, 2006 http://pg.photos.yahoo.com/ph/wrldstrman/a...trman/my_photos I know most here are atari collectors which I have a lot of atari stuff but I also like nes maybe a little more...Im currently missing 19 boxes 2 manuals and the myriad 6 in 1 for a complete collection...Like atari some of the nes boxes are very hard to come by making the boxes cost 10 times more than the cart. shadow460 #6 Posted September 7, 2006 There ain't a problem with NES collecting at all. Most people who collect stuff do have a certain respect for similar items. It's like collecting SMith and Wesson firearms as opposed to Ruger. Even if you hated Ruger back in the day, you'd still drool over a nice collection of 'em. Dusk2600 #7 Posted September 8, 2006 im amazed that they made nes repo's those look sweet
Lord Thag #8 Posted September 8, 2006 Nice! Looks just like my friend John's room. I don't have the attention span to collect one system that completely. All I care about is having a grubby cart that I can plug in and play. That being said, my lazy collecting habits have yielded a couple of thousand games over the last twenty years or so. Aww crap. I guess I'm nuts too
jpfalcon2003 #9 Posted September 8, 2006 Nice collection for the NES. I'd say I have about 40 games for the NES. I have all my manuals except for 2, but maybe only about 8 of the boxes for the games. Most of that i threw away as a kid. Didn't know the importance at the time. Very impressive collection
shadow460 #10 Posted September 9, 2006 (edited) Dude you guys ought to get with MegaManFan and see how it was that he completed his collection. Maybe he knows where to look for the final pieces. Dunno if he's got the NWC or not, but I imagine so. Edited September 9, 2006 by shadow460
