Is this a CD based Famiclone?

Has anyone played or seen one of these machines? I can't really identify any of the four games in the photo. I assume that it is a Famiclone except... it plays CDs! I wonder if it would play ROM disk CD-R's?

 

I'd buy it to find all this out, except I'm not sure it would work on my NTSC screen AND the seller won't ship to the U.S.

I don't think it's CD-based, but it IS a FamiClone. I saw that exact same thing up for Sale on the JCPenney website once.. and found seriously-hacked versions of Pac-Man and other games to make them look nothing like the originals. And given there's another system this person is selling that shows a blatant screenshot of DK Jr. and that craptastic "POPStation Video".. I'd say avoid.
