Warner and Atari

Recommended Posts

Not sure where to put this but I found it interesting. Stephen Ross who was the chairman of Warner was an avid soccer fan. There was a report on the rise and fall of the Cosmos in the NASL back in th e70's/early 80's. It was amazing how much time/effort/money he put into the team. From drafting top players around the world to marketing the team to sellout crowds at the Meadowlands (76,000+ people). Money was no object to make them the best.

One can only imagine where Atari would be today if he had the same passion for the video game scene back then.
