My major competitor and I just got 4:20 non emulated no TAS

 

I don't think faster is possible but maybe 4:18

 

What do you think help me im trying to defend my World title here

The game Jaws is actually pretty fun.....I enjoy it on occassion.....

Jaws was INDEED hard to hit at the end........

 

but i don't think anyone cares who can beat the game a second or too less than the "mimimum" completion time.........

I could never beat this game. I tried endlessly while my sister screamed sitting next to me every time jaws jumped out of the water. Just the fact that somebody can beat this game regardless of time is impressive.

Last time I played it(which was ages ago), I found driving the shark's life gauge down to be very easy, but stabbing him with the boat to be very difficult.

 

I ceased giving a crap and turned it off.

I am the only person to have ever beaten Asteroids. On the 5200. With a stock controller.

I doubt several parts of that statement.

 

 

The part that's relevant is where you claim to have better timing than a joystick receiving a clock signal from the NES at every polling period, and using it to turn the button on and off every other polling period(which is usually once a frame, for obvious reasons, resulting in a 30Hz cycle). Especially since the only frame-accurate clock that's accessible to anything outside the electrical loop is the screen refresh, which isn't VISIBLE to humans.

 

Anything faster than every other poll and you have "missed" shots due to the button being held down for 2 frames. Anything slower and you have "missed" shots due to the button being up for 2 frames.

 

 

 

Of course you also ASSUME I use rapid-fire. And that I made a reference to speed.

All I said was that hurting Jaws is easy, but killing him is hard. Anything relating to speed was your ego getting in the way of reading comprehension.
