8th lutz #1 Posted October 11, 2006 It is between rounds in Ring King for the nes when the trainer does some type of an act that I rather not say here and you get energy back while the trainer is going that! That is just plain wrong. If you never seen what I am refering to go to the youtube video for Worst Video Games Ever - Ring King. Here is the link: You also can see it on The 8 worst Videogames SArmstr0ng owns! video with ring king being number 2 after #3-bridge for the 2600. Here is the link to that one: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7Q0lCkH6VBk
Malc74 #2 Posted October 11, 2006 Um, I'm sure they're just, erm, re-tying the boxers shorts. Yes, that's it - they're re-tying the boxers shorts. With their teeth. Erm...

2600Lives #4 Posted October 12, 2006 Actually, read Seanbaby's rendition of what goes on there. It's a lot funnier. Most disturbing moment? The beginning of Silent Hill when the demon children attack you with the butcher knives and you have absolutely nothing to defend yourself with. Yikes. Gregory DG #5 Posted October 12, 2006 Most disturbing moment? For me, it's in GTA:SA when the character takes a knife and brutally stabs a woman (or man) in the back. That's just wrong.
madhatter667 #6 Posted October 12, 2006 I'll second the Silent Hill opener.

shadow460 #8 Posted October 12, 2006 Seeing Marcus, Parker, or Ronny for the first time in Enemy Zero. Marcus is probably the worst, as you have to pick up part of his remains to proceed in the game.
rjchamp3 #9 Posted October 13, 2006 Probably getting all the way to the final on a game, no hits or lives lost and losing it all including my run, that used to be a nightmare on elm street

jerseystyle #11 Posted October 13, 2006 the ending to Kileak, the DNA imperitive for the PS1- I was so drunk when I saw that, and it made NO SENSE AT ALL! I actually think it made me throw up when I watched it- it was horrifying to me because at the time, I thought it presaged a future where video games would rely so heavily on random FMV garbage that didn't follow the story, and games would just be ugly, polygonal set pieces between FMV cutscenes that shared no similarity with the actual games . . . Oh, wait. "Shudder"

+FujiSkunk #14 Posted October 13, 2006 I've never actually played it, but way back in the day, there was a Hangman-type game available for the Apple II, that was either for learning the French language or for learning French history. Instead of the gallows, however, a man was being held in a guillotine, and each wrong answer brought the blade closer to his neck. Too many wrong answers, and the player even got the "pleasure" of seeing the severed head fall into the basket. Nice.
keilbaca #15 Posted October 13, 2006 "Oooh, that's a big boy, isn't it." Best. Espisode. Ever. The episode was only meh. That however, was the funniest part of the episode.

gdement #17 Posted October 14, 2006 (edited) In Ultima 8, there are some strange evil children that attack you in the wilderness. So you get to bash their heads in. Later, you get a job with some necromancer dude. At your initiation, there's a guy who is lying on a slab, waiting for you to kill him. You get to be MacBeth. He yelps when the knife makes impact. shadow460 #20 Posted October 15, 2006 Skip this post if you have a weak stomach. Let me school you on what disturbing looks like: This is Marcus, the good doctor, missing his head and his left shoulder. I can only guess since the bone is broken, his arm is held in place by a strand of tissue, and it got stuck to his body like that from blood drying up in his uniform. His fingers are lying on the floor in an even larger pool of blood than the one on the table. Indeed yuck.
moycon #21 Posted October 15, 2006 Shadowman when you are in a particular part of the game, the rooms kinda look like babies rooms, and in the background you can hear small children, then something that sounds like teeth pulling flesh off and gnawing on little bones. That is pretty disturbing. Condemned : Criminal Origins when you finally find the teacher you have been tracking down in the old abandoned school by following his various discarded body parts. (Arm, Lips etc..)
Rockin' Kat #22 Posted October 16, 2006 (edited) I saw something kind of funny once while playing Smash Bros. on the Game Cube in multiplayer... Player as pikatu is on platform and does that picatue power thing where he's his arms out and his head pointed up and he brings down a lightning bolt. Player as Link has jumped onto same platform and is in that moment between just moving and stopped... where he is leaning forward about to bend back up. Player as pikatu's cell phone rings so he hits pause at this very moment. What is on screen is pikatue with his arms out head pointed up lightning striking, link bent over with his head in pikatue's crotch like well.. yeah... uh... At this everyone in the room burst out laughing. What sucks is noone had a camera or other means to get a screenshot. I dunno that it was disturbing, but it sure was funny at the time. Red 5 #24 Posted October 16, 2006 Phantasmagoria (by Sierra of all people) was the only game that was actually 'disturbing' to me. That was one sick and twisted game. (a 'nicer' murder scene): (Does youtube have a video of everthing? I think they probably have a video of me scraping frost off my car this morning.)
