Rom Hunter #29 Posted October 14, 2006 On Stella it says Firespinner is by (Emag) Wade That's the NTSC conversion: http://www.atarimania.com/detail_soft.php?...ERSION_ID=17370 The original version is PAL and most probably from Suntek. BTW: don't completely trust the stella.pro info.
A.J. Franzman #30 Posted October 15, 2006 (edited) I strongly doubt that either rheffera's unit or thomasholzer's are genuine Atari or licensed products. It's very easy to stick a counterfeit label on a counterfeit console. Licensing for all of those games by different publishers would be a major headache for a legitimate company, so naturally they never bother to do things like this. Counterfeiters don't care. phitter #31 Posted October 15, 2006 Sometimes I wish I was born outside of the USA. Then I remember that White Castle is only available in Malasyia outside of the US. I feel better about my choice. God bless the US of A. -phitter
mos6507 #32 Posted October 17, 2006 Atari did offer pirated 3rd party titles during the Tramiel era in some foreign markets. It was really the wild west before the dawn of Napster and DRM.
