The sticker makes me think NTSC but the multi-language box makes me think overseas. I guess its an overseas NTSC?

No, it wasn't, I talked to the guy and he had two of them and both came from the same place. The second one was somewhat opened and it showed a P on the endlabel.

 

I purchased them at an estate auction in Pennsylvania, USA. The cartridge that I listed today is marked P on the end label on the cart. You can see it through the small opening in the box. I think P stands for PAL which is European.

It is PAL. I opened it and the end label has a P.

For Asterix is there a visual difference in the Box (other than the "N" sticker) or Manual between the PAL and NTSC versions. I know the PAL cart has a P on it, but how about Box and Manual?

AFAIK the small round N sticker is the only distinction on the box.
