Does anyone make NES reproduction boxes?

I'm Getting Earth Bound soon for the NES, and i am wondering, if someone makes repro nes games, why don't they make reproduction boxes and instruction manuals aswell? so does anyone know of any where that they sell them? Also, i know asking about roms is strictly a no-no but, on this site where i'm getting it, it says you can suppy the rom, so i'm wonder if the originol dumped prototype rom can be found (the screen says "EARTH BOUND" while the modified one say "EARTH BOUND zero") (BTW i'm getting it from http://www.nesreproductions.com/)

Sites like these don't get enough orders for one game to spend money on the boxes or manuals. Most of the time you have to buy the boxes in bulk and there's a high chance they might not sell all of them and that's wasted money for them. Would be nice if the boxes/manuals were optional though even though they never will be.

You asked why they don't sell them and I answered it. Atari2600.com makes box and manuals for their homebrewed released games but other than that I don't think there is really anywhere to get them unless you contact a printing company to make them for you.
